DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at SINASIA Jewellery as a guest, without creating an account.

However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List
  • Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favourite pieces through our seasonal look-book
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

 

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SINASIA Jewellery ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe.

To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

If you would prefer to place an order by telephone, kindly request a call back by clicking here and we will attend to your request as soon as possible.

 

DOES SINASIA Jewellery SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 21 days to decide whether to keep your items. Then you can use the slip provided for you inside your package to stick on your parcel when shipping it back to SINASIA Jewellery.

 

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as SINASIA Jewellery e-store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty.

All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?

You can buy a SINASIA Jewellery gift card by following these steps:

  • Select GIFT CARDS from the top navigation menu.
  • Our gift cards are all virtual, virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient.
  • Choose the amount, enter the recipient's name and email address, include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag.
  • You will be notified by email as soon as your virtual gift card has been purchased.
