Exchanges & Returns

 

Items can be accepted for an exchange within the time period of 24 days of delivery date (24 days after you receive the item). Returns are welcomed within 14 days from receiving your order for a refund. Items that have been worn, torn, stained, damaged or used in any way will NOT be accepted for an exchange nor a return/refund.

Kindly note that earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

 

Customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Sinasia Jewellery tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. RECEIVING A REFUND

You have the option to choose between a full refund to be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the item, or as website-credit to your Sinasia Jewellery account.

 

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. If the order was sent to a destination outside the EU, customs’ duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Sinasia Jewellery. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

 

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
